FOR THE AMBITIOUS

I will personally guide you through your project.

With my coaching well over 100 clients have already learned how to optimally control their muscles and integrate their targeted and tasty diet into their everyday lives.

Whether you have years of experience or are a complete beginner – with outside guidance you will achieve your goal quickly and effectively.

Maybe we'll even go beyond that.

If you finally want to get rid of annoying behavior patterns and/or have ambitious goals, we are a good fit for each other.

1. Basic

Detailed instructions

We take our time – up to 2 hours for the briefing (basic).

It's important to me that you understand what it's about. If you know the framework within which we operate you have more freedom to be creative.

Such an instruction should not be given under time pressure.

Information for your home

You will also receive your plans as well as a list of nutrients that are suitable for your goal and other information for guidance.

2. NUTRITION & TRAINING

One doesn't work without the other.

Nutrition plan and training plan – tailored to your needs and packaged in an understandable way.

No tracking app needed, you'll eat according to plan. The quantities on the plan are indicated in such a way that you no longer have to convert anything.

Simply throw together the quantities indicated, prepare and eat.

If you need a training plan I will provide you with that in the same way.

I'll do the thinking.

3. RECIPES

I have been following this diet for several years. During this time I enjoyed getting creative with food.

With today's resources you can make the "chicken-rice-broccoli" diet absolutely interesting and competitive with the "normal" diet.

I'll tell you my tricks and hacks.

4. ACCOMPANYING & EVALUATION

I accompany you in your everyday life.

It takes a few weeks for the new routine to manifest itself.

Keep myself updated daily and stay motivated.

What gave me relief, how did I integrate it into my life, what are the “unknown unknowns” in this project?

Progress is not linear.

Progress in this area is sometimes not immediately visible. When I had less experience “standing still” often unsettled me.

We will evaluate your physical changes together and I will help you to classify them better.

I also always keep your plans up to date and ensure that ours are constantly adjustedmonthly check-ups.
