ABOUT ME

1. MOTIVATION
Since I was a child I have been spoken to because of my tall, slim frame. It wasn't teasing but it happened so often that it could manifest itself.
A moderate genetic predisposition made progress difficult which led to many internal limitations:
A muscular body is reserved for other, better-skilled people, I wouldn't be the strongest, and in general you couldn't squat properly with my long limbs.
2. SHAPING THE BODY
Then I heard for the first time about a connection between muscle building and nutrition and started to get to the bottom of it. I trained as a fitness trainer and personal trainer and began to try out different nutritional approaches and gain experience.
It took a few years as there are a lot of misunderstandings and misinformation but over time I was able to understand the connection between diet and exercise and learn how to change your shape to your liking.
3. BREAKING LIMITS
Looking back you often notice how often you got in your own way and I also have to admit in retrospect that I sometimes rested on my imaginary limits.
Being able to do sports at 6:00 a.m. and hit the ground running, endure months of discipline for a diet or take a bath in 4°C cold water - I would never have dreamed of that.
I can really squat now too.
Over time I was able to break through my limitations and take control of my life.
Now I can't wait to break through your inner boundaries with you.
