MY WEIGHT LOSS PROJECT
Not just promises.
In December 2022 I decided to prove my knowledge on myself.
Phase 1:
Goals:
-
Build body mass for 12 weeks with the goal of gaining as much fat as possible.
-
Avoid exercise for at least 4 weeks to reduce muscle activity.
The result:
An increase of 14 kg of body mass (from 100 kg to 114 kg) and a visible increase in body fat percentage.




Phase 2:
Goals:
-
Lose as much fat as possible within another 12 weeks by following my weight loss program.
-
Protect the muscles as much as possible.
The result:
A loss of 17 kg of body mass (from 114 kg to 97 kg) and a significant reduction in body fat percentage.
